MHR Clinic’s founder, Craig Henton, explains his company’s service strategy for the weeks ahead.
Dear reader,
I’m sure like all of us at MHR Clinic, you feel that last week’s turbulence in your workplace, home life and daily routine is still taking a little time to settle.
All of us suddenly face a new set of individual and group challenges as we prepare to push through the coming weeks together, in different circumstances to those we expected.
MHR Clinic and its employees are no different to any other business and its staff. We too must learn to adapt quickly to our ‘new normal’, for however long it lasts.
As a priority, we must find ways to continue providing the excellent service and product we do to our clients. Plans to ensure we can do that are already afoot.
In light of current events, MHR Clinic will be bringing clients greater online access to our consultants and other clinic staff than ever before, in the coming days.
We’ll be making your favourite hair restoration products more readily available too. And we’ll be bringing you regular advice about how best to care for your hair over the coming period.
Further measures will also be put in place to make sure our clients feel supported with all they need from MHR Clinic, during their period of home confinement and limited access to our practices.
Please stay tuned to this page and our social media feeds to keep up to date with what is new. And please let us know of any ways in which you feel we can better help you.
Also while I am at my computer, I would like to pay tribute to my staff at MHR Clinic. For making the transition from working in our Harewood and Tatton Estate clinics to working in their homes so seamless last week.
There were operational, technical and personal challenges in doing so, but all of our staff contributed to MHR Clinic continuing to run smoothly during a difficult week.
I feel proud of their reaction and attitude to such dramatic change. As such, I have huge faith in their ability to serve MHR Clinic’s clients over the coming weeks.
Finally, I’d like to wish every one of you the belief and strength you need to get through these trying times, whether it be on a personal or professional level.
Now, more than ever, it is necessary for us to stay in touch with one another in as many ways as we can.
With that in mind everyone at MHR Clinic looks forward to keeping in close contact with you in the weeks ahead.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for whatever reason you need. We’re here to help you in whatever way we can.
Stay safe and well.
