A clinic specialising in hair restoration services is currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front of House Manager with Assistant to PA duties to join their Rostherne clinic. 

The Front of House Manager and Assistant to PA will be reporting to the company director and clinic director to learn all the roles of clinic employees. Here at this highly regarded clinic, a client-focused approach and exceptional professionalism is integral to everything they do. 

Please note, this role is a full time position that will include working two weeknights (until 8pm) and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with client enquiries regarding treatments and facilities
• Learning numerous roles within the clinic is necessary
• Supporting the daily operations of the office
• Offering administrative support to the office
• Troubleshooting issues proactively whilst using initiative
• Overseeing stock control and handling financial transactions
• There is also the possibility of getting involved in national and international expansion across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East

Required Experience:

• Experience in a similar role would be a bonus but is not essential 
• Experience in recruitment, healthcare, and medical sales would all be beneficial

Competence in stock control, administration and handling of finances is also important. Candidates with experience from similar roles are encouraged to apply, alongside those who exhibit good character and a professional approach to work. About remuneration and rewards

The successful candidates will receive a basic retainer salary of between £25-35k with added bonuses for hitting realistic and achievable targets. OTE for these roles is open ended and uncapped. £50-150K+ per annum is already being achieved by our consultants in this role. Successful candidates will also receive a benefits package tailored to their individual preference.
